How do I create an account?

Toonga is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent vendors and partners. You can browse categories, discover offers, and place orders in one place.
I can’t login. What should I do?
Confirm you’re using the same phone/email you registered with. If you still can’t access your account, contact support and include your details so we can help verify your account.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a strong password, don’t share login codes, and be cautious of messages asking for payment or personal information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Orders, delivery & refunds
How do I place an order?
Browse a category, open a product, add it to your cart, then checkout. You’ll see delivery and payment options during checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation depends on the vendor and whether the item has already been dispatched. If you need to cancel, contact support as soon as possible and include the order number.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the vendor, product type, and location. You’ll see an estimate during checkout. If your order is delayed, contact support and include your order number.
How do refunds work?
Refunds depend on the product category and vendor policy. Some items (like perishable goods or tickets) may be non‑refundable. If a refund is approved, timing can vary by payment provider.

What payment methods are supported?
Payment options can include Mobile Money (MoMo), cards, and Toonga Pay depending on the vendor and checkout flow.
My payment failed — what should I do?
First, confirm your balance and phone number (for MoMo), then try again. If the problem continues, contact support and share the time of payment attempt and any error message you saw.
Where can I see my cart?

How do Nightlife Reels work?
Reels highlight nightlife offers and tickets. You can browse Reels and open an offer to view details and purchase tickets when available.
